This website offers information on properties run or promoted by El Valle Lodge as well as third parties related to El Valle Lodge or belonging to its value chain.

We reserve the right to change, update or correct either all or parts of these terms and conditions or any information found in this site at any given time. Your continued use of the Site means you accept and agree to the terms and conditions here specified.

Bookings

You can only book for yourself, your guests, or someone that authorizes you to act on their behalf. At check in the main guest must be present and all people in the party must present a valid form of ID. We do not allow reservations for other ends, included but not limited to: re-selling of nights booked, marketing, publicity or room distribution, bookings related to any commercial activity or any sort of illegal activities. Bookings that violate this terms will be automatically canceled without warning at the discretion of El Valle Lodge. No refunds will apply.

During the booking process only rooms available for the solicited dates will be shown.

 Rates

Rates may vary according to season and availability. The hotel reserves the right to modify rates at any given time. If your reservation is confirmed for the real number of guests staying at the hotel, the rate will not be modified. Online rates may vary according to the platform through which the reservation is made (direct, Booking, Expedia, Etc). Exchange rates and taxes that affect the reservation price at third party sites are not managed by or responsibility of El Valle Lodge.

Cancelation policy

You can cancel free or charge up to 30 days prior to the check in date.  For cancellations 29 days or less prior to check in, 100% of the booking will be charged.

Payment/Deposit

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash in Dominican pesos, American dollars or Euros, digital payment methods (Paypal, Bisum, Revout, Zele). We do not accept credit card payment at the hotel since there are no card terminals in El Valle due to the lack of phone lines.

Reimbursement

We strive to guarantee the quality of our services and products. On occasions unexpected situations may occur that interfere with this. Upon learning, we will do everything within our reasonable possibilities to inform you within the previous 48 hs to your stay. If no solution is found, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking with a full refund.
